Winter is behind us and the Ivanečko lakes are slowly waking up — and with spring comes the most important thing: the 18th World Championship in rod-and-float fishing for veterans and the 27th World Championship in rod-and-float fishing for persons with disabilities, which will be held in Ivanec in early June 2026.

Online registration (mandatory)

From this year team registration for FIPSed championships is conducted exclusively through the online registration tool. On our “Registration” page there is a direct sign-up button, as well as instructions on how the process works (each federation uses its own credentials/password).

Registration fee and what it includes

The registration fee is €1,300 per team, and includes participation for up to 8 official team members (4 competitors, 1 reserve, 2 captains, 1 delegate), 8 tickets to the gala dinner, 5 official fishing permits (training and competition days), and organizational and administrative costs. Accommodation and travel expenses are not included.

Payment deadline

The registration fee must be paid no later than April 30, 2026. All payment details are listed on the page.

Additional information

• If a team confirms participation and then later withdraws, under FIPSed rules it may still be required to pay the full registration fee (unless FIPSed decides otherwise).

• Additional tickets for the gala dinner are available at €70 per person.
