Starting this year, team registration for FIPSed championships will be done exclusively through the online registration tool.

On the FIPSed website you can find registration instructions. Each federation has its own password in order to access the archive of its members. With the credentials and password, it will be possible to register your own athletes for any FIPSed championship.

The registration fee

Tax FIPS-ed: € 200 only for Veterans Team

In accordance with the official regulations of Fédération Internationale de la Pêche Sportive en Eau Douce, the registration fee for participation in the:

27th World Championship for Disabled
18th World Championship for Veterans

The registration fee includes:

Participation of up to 8 official team members (4 anglers, 1 reserve, 2 captains, 1 delegate)
8 Gala Dinner tickets
5 official fishing permits (training and competition days)
Organisational and administrative expenses

Accommodation and travel expenses are not included.

TEAM MEMBER INFORMATION FORM

NON-PARTICIPATION

In accordance with FIPSed regulations, any team that confirms participation and subsequently withdraws remains liable for the full registration fee unless otherwise decided by FIPSed.

EXTRA GALA DINNER TICKETS

Additional Gala Dinner tickets are available at: € 60 per person

Reservation and payment of extra tickets may be made together with the registration fee payment.

GALA DINNER - EXTRA TICKET ORDER FORM

Federations, in addition to the medals devoted to the official members of the Delegation, will be allowed to ask for extra medals (up to a maximum of 3 per team), upon payment of a contribution of € 25 per extra medal, which will also include the diploma. The fees for extra medals shall be paid to F.I.P.S.e.d. In no case and for no reason extra medals in a number higher than that provided by these Rules may be requested from F.I.P.S.e.d.

Anti-Doping Information - TUE Requests

The athletes participating in the Championship, with the registration, implicitly accept all WADA anti-doping rules. Athlete whose illness or condition requires treatment with a prohibited substance or method must apply to CIPS for a Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) following the CIPS strict TUE application process.

He/she shall then use the application form, which can be downloaded from the ITA website: Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) Application Form

Athletes must therefore consult the Prohibited List

If the TUE is granted, the athlete will then be permitted to use the medication during the period of validity of the TUE without committing an Anti-Doping Rules Violation (ADRV).

Regardless of whether a TUE has been granted or not, athletes should always declare on the doping control forms filled out during sample collection any medications and supplements taken within the seven days prior to sample collection, and any blood transfusions in the three months prior for blood samples.

If a TUE has already been granted by a NADO or by a RADO, the Athlete in question does not have to apply for any additional CIPS TUE, as CIPS recognizes all TUE granted by NADOs and RADOs

This Championship is governed by the Official Regulations of F.I.P.S.e.d. for the International Championship of Nations Coarse Angling and Disabled Coarse Angling.
